Hello all. Perhaps I should change the name of our blog, eh? Anyway, since I last wrote, not too much has happened for anyone to miss! I have been on bed rest, and today is my first day back on the job site. Since I have been working from home, I can't really claim to have been out of work, but I am back in the office now. I like working from home much better! The metro ride is not something I miss one little bit. Oh well! I am thankful that it is not winter, as that makes for a much more miserable commute. Yes, even worse than commuting in 100 degree temps, with your internal radiator notched up above 1000 degrees. Week-end after next is our shower in Asheville, and I couldn't be more thrilled. I am so excited it hurts. I can't wait to see everyone and celebrate!
Lately, Justin and I have been a little bummed, and we are in need of some family and friend time. Something that is very rare in these parts. It is hard to be so far away. What is the passage in the bible about being strangers in a strange land? Have I mentioned that before? Anyway, time to go home. Hopefully I'll write something more interesting next time, and sooner than next month!
